Mendel Secondary School Nový Jičín, a contribution organization (MSŠ), is an educational institution with a focus on ICT,
business and economics, public administration, and healthcare and social care. With almost 700 pupils and 84 teachers, we
belong to the most important schools in the Moravian-Silesian region.
Our school offers a wide range of language options, we teach four languages: English, German, Spanish and Russian. We
are located in Northern Moravia and our modern building is equipped with 11 IT classrooms, 2 mobile tablet classrooms,
interactive whiteboards, a 3D printing classroom, a 3D scanner and other technologies (drones).
At our school, we support the international mobility of students through three-week foreign internships, which have a long
tradition here. We focus on special subjects such as information technology, programming (including drones), 3D modeling
and printing, creating and editing websites and e-shops, word processing and the CLIL teaching method.
