Zespol Szkol Technicznych i Placowek im. Stanislawa Staszica in Nowy Targ – is a secondary vocational school providing
education based on technical studies. Main professions are car mechanics, electrical, surveyor, construction,
telecommunications and ICT technicians. ZSTiP is now one of the biggest schools in Malopolska Voivodeship with nearly
2000 pupils and 150 teachers. Vocational training is conducted at school as well as in „real-life” conditions in specific
companies. Nowy Targ is located in southern part of Malopolska, within close range to Tatra Mountains. Nowy Targ is a
small town with approximately 35 000 inhabitants. Our students travel daily to school from the Podhale region – which has
about 200 000 inhabitants.
